Please follow these steps during your warranty request.
1) Please send this sheet for any and all the claims
2) If the claim is accepted you will receive a warranty number
3) As soon as you receive this number, you can replace the part for your customer if you have it in stock
4) If the product is to be returned, Universkate will warn you and ask for it.
In this case the shop has to pay for the transport, and Universkate will then pay back the freight.
5) Universkate will send back the repaired or replace products with the next delivery, or in a separate shipment, within two weeks.
